Transitfan.com is a transit based website started by Mystic. Mystic is a self-proclaimed Transit Enthusiast, who created this site as a tool to inform the public and a place for other enthusiasts to talk, share things about their hobby.
Transitfan.com was launched in the first week of December 2007. Work on the site began on November 5th, 2007. Between 2005 and 2007, Transitfan.com existed under a different name, Mystic's Transit Source.
Since 2007, Transitfan.com has grown into a small community of transit fans from the Montreal Area and the GTA. As of December 2010, Transitfan.com has 51 members. With most of them active, almost everyday, almost every hour.
As of December 2010, Transitfan.com has turned to the social networks for advertisement. Recently transitfan.com has started their own Youtube page [1], Facebook Page [2] and their own Twitter account [3].
